MarciaFacundo2019_Final-2Marcia Facundo is an award-winning multimedia journalist who currently reports from Los Angeles, California for various news media outlets like Fox News Latino, La Opinion, BBC News, Univisión Network,  and El Nuevo Herald. She is the recipient of several awards from the National Association of Hispanic Publications for her cultural coverage on the Latino community.

She was a member of the staff of The Miami Herald/El Nuevo Herald that was awarded the Pulitzer Prize Gold Medal for Meritorious Public Service for coverage of Hurricane Andrew in 1993. Marcia was also a member of the BBC Mundo staff (BBC World Service, Spanish Language) that won the Best Digital Journalism Ortega y Gasset Award in 2009.

A well-seasoned talent in the Bilingual Spanish-English Language industry, Marcia Facundo has skills in writing, editing, producing, broadcasting, and publishing outstanding content in a multimedia platform.
